
It might be hard to believe but it is so easy to make and anyone can do it. Just about 13 minutes to mix the ingredients and another 20 minutes or so to bake it and enjoy. I can tell you that it is truly delicious and not just because I made it, just because it is. I usually make 2 loafs at once so I can enjoy one as soon as it comes out of the oven and another for the next week or sometime, even the next few days. Yes that is how good it is. The best part is that it keeps me away from things that would put unwanted weight or stress on my body. So indulge and enjoy for a change. PS: I want to thank my sister for providing great technical assistance with the recipe based on her decades of baking. Since she is a type 2 diabetic she wanted to make sure it was safe for her to eat.
