Avocado Facial For Under One Dollar Video, HealthyRide.com

healthy ride, facials, avocado, lemon, olivesIt is no secret that facials are not just great for your skin care regime, but it is also a great way to take a break from the stress of you week. However, when you start looking for a spa to get this done it can cost anywhere from $50 dollars to over $100 dollars. Who says you can not do this yourself for under one dollar at home. You may be asking what the advantages of doing this at home are over going to the spa. Well we are all different and we all like different things but here is what the difference is in most cases.

1. A spa will most often be using prepackaged ingredients that have been either mixed with other things you may not want on your face. When you do it at home you know you are using only a fresh avocado.

2. At the spa you may have to wait for an appointment. At home you can do this whenever you want in the privacy of your own home and wear or not wear any garments you want to. You also do not have to deal with some of the stress that going to a spa may create.

3. If you have a spouse, I am sure your partner would find the experience of giving each other an avocado facial part of an appreciation, relaxation and even lead to a great sensual Sunday afternoon for you both. Try it, you just might find that you will begin to incorporate it into your weekly, in house, stress reduction, beautification program.

Avocado oil is rich in vitamins A, D and E, all of which help maintain healthy skin. Avocado oil has been used extensively for its ability to heal and soothe the skin. This use is based on the high hydrocarbon content of the pulp and oil, which may help dry skin. The expressed oil of the avocado seed nourishes and maintains skin tone. It softens rough, dry, or flaking skin and, massaged into the scalp, improves hair growth. This is a must in your anti aging regime.

OLIVE OILS BENEFITS TO SKIN

Olive oil is one of the most sought after natural oils for skin care. In fact olive oil has been used as an ancient remedy for skin care during the Egyptian civilization and it is still widely used today. Everything from stretch mark therapy, acne therapy and anti-aging therapy have been used for a long time.

Anti-inflammatory Properties

There are a variety of antioxidants in olive oil including Vitamin A and E but the most potent compound is hydroxytyrosol. Hydroxytyrosol is a very rare but potent antioxidant found in olive oil that prevents free radical damage on skin cells. This compound also absorbs deeply into the skin and is suitable for all skin types. It is a must do for anti aging regimes.

Moisturizing Properties

Olive oil is abundant in antioxidants. These antioxidants work really well as moisturizers. One of the main reasons why olive oil works really well as a moisturizer is the hydrophilic properties of these antioxidants which allow it to form a protective barrier trapping moisture on your skin. Lots of skin products used various synthetic chemical that do moisturizer but they clog your pores and are carcinogenic in some cases. For this reason, olive oil can be applied on your face. In addition to that, its deep penetrating properties not only moisturize your skin but also help brighten your skin.
