One thing I get all the time is that picture telling me that someone answered a question about me. It is our nature to be drawn into this because we want to know who is answering a question about us. But when you think about it, the person who innocently answered a question about me does not even know me, which may even make you want to find out more by clicking. DON'T!!!! this is most likely a scam to steal your data. Just ignore it or you might give permission to give away the farm. Even your friends may have been unwittingly duped by this and now it is spreading through their friends list, and their friend, friends lists and it keeps spreading.
One of the other ways is the so called internet marketing Gurus that are pros at this, and innocent people down on their luck that have bought into the Gurus marketing promise of riches and the gaining of loads of fans to their Facebook pages. So these Gurus sell them a blueprint on how to make people click on these little apps and then unknowingly give permission to the app that than collects all your data so they (the marketers) can solicit even more innocent people.
Believe me, there is not get rich quick approach on the internet except for those touting the get rich quick schemes from your couch. It does not make you any money and could in fact destroy your reputation very quickly and end up costing you even more money in the end. To make money on the internet you must do what anyone in the real world does when embarking on a business venture. Be honest, offer value for the dollar, work hard everyday like you would in a brick and mortar store, provide good customer service and provide what you promised in a timely fashion. Its just that simple!
In this example take this video. It took me a whole 9 hours to shoot the video, write this piece, upload the video to YouTube, and then post it on Facebook, Twitter, my Blog, and right here. Did I make any money doing this, NO! Did i do it to make money, NO! I do these things because it really bothers me to see people get scammed and personally over the years have been scammed myself and will fight to expose these types of things to as many people as I can to spare the grief it can cause just because someone clicked what appeared to be an innocent button.
So beware scammers, I am on the lookout for you, and my friends, have no fear, Nappi is here and will always share what I learn with you. If this was helpful, share this with as many of your friends as possible before they get taken. Leave a comment if you have something to say, Thanks
